The ideal valentine cocktail
The Canaletto is festive, has the color of love and originates from the romantic city of Venice. This delicious cocktail is a twist on the more famous Bellini cocktail.
Impress your valentine with Salute’s version of the lovely Canaletto. This cocktail is easy to make and can be served in just a couple of minutes.
How it’s done
Put 8 raspberries in a mixing glass together with 1 cocktail spoon of fine powder sugar. Crush the raspberries with the muddler until the juice is clearly visible.
Add 2cl. of freshly squeezed lemon juice, some ice cubes and slowly pour in your Salute Rosé.
Give it a gentle stir and serve the Canaletto into a beautiful glass. Top off with some fresh raspberries!
