Salute’s take on the French 75
This all time classic is a fixture in many cocktail bars around the world and is named after the fast-firing 75 millimeter field gun that was utilized by the French during World War One.
Luckily this cocktail is much friendlier than its name implies. This fizzy cocktail will provide you ultimate refreshment on a hot summer day!

How it’s done
Shake the gin (30ml) together with 10ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice and some ice cubes in a cocktailshaker.
Poor in slowely the Salute White(90ml) and San Pellegrino Limonata (40ml).
Serve in a nice glass, add some extra ice cubes and garnish it off with a slice of lemon.
